This version may be used for seminars.... the instructor times all runs per dog and produces a QR image which may be read by the student and information for that dog is transferred to the student's device.

Better association between timer gates and the iPhone/iPad app. The timer gates initially broadcast their address. The iPad/iPhone see this broadcast the send a message to the timer gate telling it to send all communications to the iPhone/iPad. At this point, they are associated.

Also, corrected the misspelling of stop watch

Pervious version would crash if WiFi was off and also Cellular Data was off (if the device didn't have cell data such as a WiFi only iPad, cellular data would be considered off). This version continues to run in standalone mode if all data to the device is disabled.
