Personal Health Radar

Personal Health Radar is a simple and elegant approach to understanding one's risk to chronic disease.
This app is currently set up for diabetes, but we plan to expand this to other chronic disease such as heart disease and stroke.
In three minutes, a user should be able to assess and understand the risk they have for diabetes. This risk assessment is based a world-recognized Finnish research study, that is widely used.
The user will then see recommendations for mitigating the risk and consulting with a doctor if appropriate.
A health channel has been set up to provide timely information and news about diabetes.
The app has the Symptom Diary, which can be used to log symptoms, which can be used to inform your physician of your symptom history. Show More
