Alongside a fresh look and some layout improvements we’ve included:

- Payments and updating payment details through the app.
- Streamlined HOP updates.
- Enhanced insights for solar users.

We’ve also made some security improvements to keep your data safe and sound (maybe not as exciting as the other stuff, but pretty important!)

After updating, you'll need to log in. Forgot your password? No worries, just use the 'forgot password?' link. Remember, your password is the same for both the online account and app.

- We’ve made contacting us through the app even easier! You’ll now be able to choose your reason for getting in touch, which will make sure you speak with the right person.

- Since the last update we’ve had a fair bit of feedback from customers wanting to see a breakdown of what exactly your running balance is made up of. Ask and you will (usually!) receive – this has now been added

- Now it can’t all be super serious stuff. You’ll also notice some new animations in the app when making certain changes. Fancy right?

- We know from your feedback how important it is that the app does what you want it to, when you want to. We've made some changes to improve stability, performance and usability of the app so everything runs as smoothly as possible. You will notice that you can now pull down your screen to refresh data
