- You know what's worse than getting an error message? Not getting an error message. Trying to check in? Check-in button not working? That happened when your app permissions weren't on. Don't worry; now if you have camera or location permissions off, we will let you know so it doesn't look like you can't check-in.

- The iOS 17 update broke our bookings tab! We have updated our app so it should work now.

We updated the way you upload photos to your profile!

NEW FEATURE: Now you can be specific on which shifts you can work on Recruit jobs at the time you apply. What a time saver!

Small updates

We've made is easier than ever to see real time chats. You will now receive an SMS text with chats from your PopBookings account. Click a link to open the app to respond!

With this release, we have made it even easier to apply to Recruit jobs! Before, you needed to input your bank info before you could apply to jobs. Now you can input that information later. (Don't forget though, we pay 2 days after you work if you have that information on your account!)

Fixes:
Job board date filter wasn't working properly and has been fixed.
When you tried to open an agency's website from the app, it wasn't working. This has been fixed as well.
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks.

It’s time to put your ratings to use. With this update, we have added a response rate and overall rating to your profile. High ratings put you at the front of the line!
Respond to messages, invites, confirmations, and check-ins to boost your response rating. Your overall rating is given by your agency after working a job. The closer you are to 5 stars, the higher your profile is ranked!
You can find these ratings under your profile by clicking on the menu icon.

This version focuses on fixes for a couple of annoying issues with the app:
- The big one is reports of "endless loading" by some users when trying to access the details of a job or logging in after being logged out. This has been fixed.
- Certain phones limited the ability to scroll all the way down when filling out an event report. Don't worry, your agency knows it's not you, and we have fixed the issue!
- Certain pages were causing "longer than usual" loading times when applying for jobs. We have redirected a couple of these pages and made the application process smoother and more user friendly.
- A few other misc bug fixes and tweaks.

This release is all about a large number of fixes for some frustrating bugs.
Fixes:
Documents weren't loading properly when trying to access them from your job details page. This has been fixed.
Fixed an annoying bug that would cause some event reports to automatically scroll to the bottom on some phones.
The messages icon was showing an "unread" indicator on one of the tabs in the app, and causing some confusion.
Fixed a word wrapping display issue on the questions agencies ask when applying to join their internal roster.
A quality of life fix when adding/deleting your skills.
The loading icon would sometimes "stick" on the menu slideout after it had loaded. This has been fixed.
Some users were experiencing an empty job board after clicking the push notification about new jobs. This has been fixed.
Other minor bug fixes/tweaks.

What's new:
- Invite your agencies to use PopBookings! For every new agency you refer, you can earn up to $1000! See the new referrals tab on your profile menu to learn more.
Fixes:
- We have made some quality of life improvements for iOS 13. In particular the way the app handles modals where they were only showing half-page. This has been fixed.
- Some push notification fixes for iOS 13.

What’s new:
- When you receive a notification about a new job invite, clicking the notification will show you the exact job you were invited to instead of searching around for it on your job board.
- Sending a cover letter is now easier, and smoother. We have added some helpful tips to give you ideas on how to make your cover letters great!
- Refreshing on different pages was wonky for some users. We have made this work smoothly throughout the app.

Having low service sucks when you are trying to check-in for your job, we made an option to check-in offline when you have low service.
We have a lot of jobs and now you will see them loading more as you scroll.
We added the ability to mark NOT INTERESTED in all jobs on the job board. This clears our jobs, so you can focus on the opportunities that fit your schedule and preference.
We fixed a few bugs with messaging and other minor bug fixes.

What's new:
- Pop perks: We are rolling out our first season of Pop Perks! These are special features that give upgrades to agencies that are the best users of PopBookings. One of these upgrades is our Pop Preferred status. These agencies are the "best of the best" and are power users of PB. Jobs from these agencies get top priority on your job board and are shown with the gold Pop Perks icon. You will know you are in good hands when applying to these jobs, so don't let them slip by!

Fixes:
- Some chat messages weren't sending properly. Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.
- We noticed poor performance and long loading times in some areas of the app. We have made some big improvements there.
- Some of the attributes weren't saving properly on the profile tab. This has been fixed so feel free to update your stats if they need changing.
- An interface issue that didn't show the 2nd zero on an even dollar amount on the job board. Big improvement for all of our OCD users out there.
- We have made some interface changes to how receipts are displayed on the payments tab. Click one of your completed events to see the improvements.
- Other bug fixes and tweaks.

We noticed a spike in users not able to load the job board from their app. This update addresses that bug as well as a number of other fixes on the app.

Fixes:
- The job board would not load for some users. This has been fixed.
- Chat messages were not sending for some users. You are free to pick up your convos where you left off.
- We had some issues with a session timing out, but not logging out of the session. If you have to log in again, you were one of those users. Logging in again will solve any issues you were having.
- Clearing the search bar on the job board would also clear out the filters you had selected. This has been fixed and loading the filtered jobs is quicker than ever.

What's new:
- We have heard you loud and clear that you want a faster app. We have taken a major step in improving speed by adding dynamic loading to the Job Board. Before we would load all jobs in your area and this could take a long time depending on how many jobs you had nearby. Now this page will load much faster giving a speed boost to the app overall!
- You can let your agencies know more about your schedule by adding, editing, or removing travel and unavailable dates from your calendar.

Fixes:
- There were errors when filtering by a specific agency on the job board. This has been fixed.
- Rating a job will now popup right after you check out of a job making it quick and easy to do.

- We've made logging in on the mobile app much quicker by allowing you to store your credentials on your phone.
- Sometimes you work jobs in areas with low connectivity. Sending check-ins and check-outs is tough if you don't have a connection. Now you can check-in and check-out "offline" and we will make sure to sync it up when your connection comes back.

- Fixed a currency format issue so that you’ll see normal looking dollar figures for payments.
- This is a "forced update" because we have updated our code to the latest version. This means the old app won't work after we release this one. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Improvements: Make your profile shine with our new profile highlights! You can find these badges under your profile on the menu tab. These are stats that are totally in your control: - Response Rate: How often you respond to job invites and confirming your bookings. - 5-Star Ratings: This is how many agencies have rated you "5 stars" for passed bookings. - Check-in Rate: This shows how many times you have used the app to check-in to your bookings. - Profile Completion: Make sure your profile is complete.
