Understanding that everyone's pace is unique, we've fine-tuned our reminders to better match your personal rhythm. If you measure less frequently than weekly, our app now mirrors your habits with less frequent reminders. This means fewer notifications and more seamless, effective support for your individual journey.
Also, we're excited to announce that we've resolved a rare technical hiccup that occasionally caused crashes when exporting progress videos. Now, you can confidently share your progress without a hitch!

New feature alert! Create a video of your Progress photos to keep yourself motivated like never before.
Progress uses iCloud to securely store your measurements and encrypted photos. We've had some issues reported for users who turn iCloud off. Although we can't prevent your data from “dissappearing” when iCloud is disabled (as that's what Apple intends to happen), however we are now dealing with that scenario much better and giving you guidance about what's happened and how to resolve it.

We’ve been working super hard this year on improving the photo comparison section of the app.
This release continues to build on that work:
- Smart Overlay now removes the background from your images(!)
- The Photos Screen now respects the Start Over setting
- The Photos screen now works better when there is only one photo
- The Measurements Comparison overlay now includes Total Measurements again and is more consistent with the My Progress screen
We are currently working hard on improving the photos section of the app and would really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts and feedback with us.
