PwC’s Talent Exchange is a first-of-its kind marketplace that connects top independent talent with exciting opportunities at PwC. We’re making it easier to fill your project pipeline with interesting work. Beyond placing you on a project, we’re looking to establish a relationship where you will continue to be considered for roles that match your skills and experience.

We have updated our contractual options to include Fixed Price roles as well as Daily and Weekly Rates for time-based offers.
•Fixed Price
When browsing Talent Exchange, you’ll start to see roles designated as “Fixed Price”. When pursuing these roles, you should expect communication with the team to understand the work and delivery requirements. You can then participate in a pricing event and/or negotiate a price for each milestone or deliverable.
•Daily/ Weekly Rates
For time-based roles, we will also allow engagement teams to extend offers for Daily or Weekly rates. This added functionality allows additional rate flexibility for you and PwC.
