About Quo Vadis? Homine!

“Quo vadis, Domine?” asks Saint Peter, lost and painstricken, when he sees Jesus appear before him on the Old Appian Way. With a gesture he is shown the direction to Rome (Eo Romam…, where he must go.
In every language you will find the expression, “All roads lead to Rome”, or to The Mecca or to Jerusalem.
Have you ever asked yourself in which direction you should turn in order to establish contact with a spiritual site from which to seek illumination? Many believers pray facing in the direction of such a place.
But what is the right direction if, for example, you find yourself in Paris or Texas?
This philosophical and multicultural application answers this question as simply as Jesus answered Saint Peter.
Quo Vadis gives you, for every location on earth, the direction to face in order to establish a proper stream of contact with 21 places which for their spiritual and historical significance represent the essence of humanity and its people.
These locations are:
Alexandria
Athens
Babylon
Bethlehem
Constantinople
Great Wall of China
Jerusalem
Kyoto
Lhasa
Machu Picchu
Mecca
Medina
Najaf
Persepolis
Pyramids of Giza
Qufu
Rome
Samarkand
Stonehenge
Varanasi
and, obviously, Cupertino.

Besides the direction, which is indicated by a large arrow that shows your current position and points in the direction of the chosen site, there is additional information, such as the distance, the geographical coordinates, the time, and the topographical orientation.
This easy-to-use application provides instant information for those looking to stay in constant contact with their heart and soul.
So then, “Quo Vadis? Homine!”
Keep tuned! More to come.
Quo Vadis needs an Internet connection for working properly.
