Practicing in the heated room improves flexibility, strength and range of motion and brings vital balance while restoring all systems to optimal health. Consistent practice creates a physical, mental and spiritual harmony that is felt in all areas of the practitioner’s life. Yoga quiets the mind. Our barre classes are practiced at ambient room temperature. Barre fitness classes include exercises at the ballet barre as well as on the mat. A total body workout is achieved through isolated muscle work and low impact exercise that tones and strengthens the hips, thighs, butt, abdominals, and arms.
