Last update failed blatantly at solving the issue with the "evil" interstitials, E-Interstitials from now on. We haven't given up though.
Recap: E-Interstitials show up from time to time and can't be closed by the user because, for the strangest of the reasons, the close button is placed below the status bar (?!).
Very annoying.
For the record: This is not us trying to avoid you from closing the ad. We are not that cheap. This is a problem that happens on our app but that is created elsewhere.
What we have done: Hide the status bar whenever an interstitial is shown so no close button is ever obstructed. It's a smart solution that people smarter than us have tried before and it seems to work.
Please, let us know if you still have problems with E-Interstitials. So far we haven't managed to see any of those E-Interstitials on our tests so we rely 100% on your feedback for this.

Some of you have complained (rightly) that some ads can't be closed. Although we never managed to reproduce the problem on our test devices, we made some changes to the code to try to fix it.
If you see the problem again, please let us know. Ideally send us an email with a screenshot of the ad that can't be closed.
We've also reorganized the source code and libraries, but that's not really relevant to you. At least not directly.

1 As some of you kindly pointed out to us, there was a problem with the background location. After (in every way) exhaustive testing it now works more accurately.
2 We have improved the load of data in our Apple Watch Extension. It should work much faster now.
3 The upgrading to the add-free version of Rain Alarm will also remove the IAP button from the main view and leaves you with more view of the map.
4 There were some issues regarding the slider for the animation, which lead to an bumpy animation display. From now on the slider will give you a smooth animation experience. Enjoy!
