RATEL NetTest omogućava korisnicima da dobiju informacije o trenutnom kvalitetu servisa internet veze u kontekstu neutralnosti i pruža im sveobuhvatne informacije uključujući statističke podatke. The RATEL NetTest nudi:

- test brzine za brzinu preuzimanja, brzinu slanja i ping

- nekoliko testova kvaliteta, koji pokazuju krajnjem korisniku da li operator pokreće net neutralno. To uključuje testiranje TCP-/UDP-portova, VOIP/test varijacije kašnjenja, test proksija, DNS test, itd.
