When you finish a practice run, you can see how you’re ranking against everyone on the leaderboard. Remember: practice makes perfect!
By popular demand we now let you RATE THE GAMES. So you can tell us which you like the most- of course you like them all, right?
Now you can be a picky control freak and separately set the game sounds from the app sounds, as in “app sounds /off” but “game sounds /on.”
Many of you told us that our video before you take an official run is, well, something you’d like to skip (some of you said it made you nervous, like really nervous). So we cried a little because we love our “Get Ready” video (awesome shower music- try it- but wrap the phone in plastic first), and gave you a “Skip video” button that lets you…wait for it…. YES... you guessed it! Skip the video!
We went under the hood of The Ready Contest and made some changes to the motor, so the games run faster. We took the v-4 engine out, added a v-6, and then inserted some jet fuel.
Oh bugs. Yes, there were a few. Sadly, we cannot offer you a suitable verb to describe what we did with them, such as “squished” “killed” “removed”. Could we say “cuddled” instead? Much less hostile. We cuddled some bugs.

Do you want to die and live again? Do you want to take more than one competition run? Do you want… EXTRA LIVES! Well, look no further grasshopper- this build gives you EXTRA LIVES for competition runs. Take multiple runs and your highest score is what counts for the prize.
You get Extra Lives two ways: 1) Play 5 tournaments and get an Extra Life for loyalty or 2) If you’re impatient, invite friends to play with your referral code, and for each pal that signs up, you get an EXTRA LIFE.
Oh, and because we’re nice, we’re giving you 1 life right now, just because… you’re nice too!
We lowered some app sounds to protect your ears.
We found a bug, and toyed with plucking it’s legs off, but then decided just to kill it humanely, because that’s how we roll.

We migrated to an SMS login system. All existing users are asked to register via SMS. All your data - such as win history- is preserved. This improves security on the contests and lowers sign up friction for first time users.
Prize notifications showing if you won the last tournament failed to load. So now they load- but only if you won!
“My Winnings” screen failed to load because it didn’t like pennies - or decimals. Now you can win pennies and dollars. And the “My Winnings” screen works…. if you’ve won.
We updated our “Rules” to explain that Canadians are eligible to play and win. O Canada!

Now when you start a tournament game, you don’t get the scary warning about it counting forever before you actually play, because, well, until you actually play you can still exit, and practice some more.

We installed a mechanism to “force updates” of the app when new versions are released, so your app is always up to date (phew!).
