About Recruiter for AppyHere
AppyHere is a new concept in connecting job seekers with employers targeting the blue collar space. Using similar logic to a dating app, we look at the attributes of a job position and through machine learning compare that with the job seekers experience and self proclaimed strengths to rank them for the recruiter.
We provide intelligent automation of candidate screening and appointment scheduling, providing a superior candidate experience while cutting out the time consuming and tedious tasks associated with finding interested, interesting and available candidates for an interview.
Simplify sourcing by including the in-app link in your job postings, we even support the use of QR codes and one touch tap of devices for job seekers to find your positions!
