In case you feel stressed while waiting for the next green panel, we have designed a stress relief COHERENT BREATHING exercise to help you manage nicotine withdraw anxiety.
This is totally optional but if you need it just select a session time and a breathing pace.

Coherent breathing involves an increase of blood flow throughout the body and helps relaxing. You can do it for 3, 4 or 5 minutes only.

PARTY TIME

Throughout your journey you'll have what we call "party time" once a week. This means you'll be allowed to smoke 3 extra cigarettes.
