While you're waiting for the update to install, try this simple practice: get comfortable, and turn your attention to the breath. Don't try to change the breath, just notice it as it comes in to your body, and as it flows out. Now try counting “one” with each in-breath, and “two” on the out-breath. Count up to 10 and then start over at one. Continue this cycle for as long as you need to.
