This version update has a revised scheduling system. Instead of setting up a period calendar with four weeks per period, catalogue distribution and collection is organised by setting the round date and frequency. The 'To Do' list now displays the catalogues that need to be dropped off or collected for the rounds that are scheduled for the week (from Monday).
A round frequency can be set to 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. When all catalogues are collected the round next date is set according to the frequency.
Existing users need to set the round frequency and next date.
