Introducing Send to App: Improve your guest experience with our new "Send to App" feature. After creating a complaint, simply tap "Mark as Send to App" in the actions menu and enter the guest's email to add the "Send to App" tag. This way, you can meet your guests where they are and ensure prompt resolution of their issues.
Introducing System Flag: To help you keep an eye on repeat issues, we're unveiling a new system flag feature. Now, when you create a complaint and input a phone number or receipt number that matches a previous complaint at your restaurant, the app will mark it with an outlined red flag. This allows you to easily identify and address multiple complaints from the same guests.
Upgraded Filter Complaints Screen: Experience an improved interface with enhanced design and usability, making it easier than ever to sift through and manage your complaints.

Bug Fixes:
If you set the expiration of a complaint to "None", it used to display as "Expires Tonight" and then never expire. However, this is no longer the case; now it will show as "Never Expires". Additionally, the filter chips on the home screen now behave as intended with this feature. Specifically, Complaints with no expiration now appear under "Unsettled" instead of "Expired."
If you were not using Restore on an iPad, it was difficult to distinguish between Items when adding a Resolution. Most of the names would get cut off, making it hard to identify them. Fortunately, this issue has been fixed, and each row will now display the full Item name. While we were at it, we also fixed how prices are displayed so that "$5.5" now displays as "$5.50".
Improvements:
We have added a filter chip on the home screen for "Flagged." This will show you all of your flagged complaints.

Improved Performance and Interaction:
We removed animations that were no longer necessary and cleaned up the shadows.
Improved Settings:
Updating your account and workspace settings is now easier than ever. We've made a number of improvements to the settings interface, making it more clear and easy to use. Additionally, you can now easily modify categories and resolutions from the settings screen.
Minor Bug Fixes:
You might have noticed that tapping on a complaint after dismissing the keyboard from the search bar showed you the wrong complaint's details. We have now fixed this issue and search is running great in all areas of the app.
Resolution Filters:
We understand that finding the resolutions you're looking for can be time-consuming and frustrating. To help streamline the process, we've implemented filters for resolutions and improved the search function. Now, you can quickly and easily find the resolution you need by narrowing down your options.
UI/UX Improvements:
Now, various actions are less confusing and easier to perform. For example, we added edit buttons next to users, categories, and resolutions in settings.

You can now sort and filter complaints by date, flagged, priority, and status. This will help you to easily identify any high priority, unsettled complaints you have from the last 14 days, for example.
