Rock Hard Bootcamps are inspiring, motivating, effective and dare we say, fun.

Highly effective 45 minute cardio, strength and conditioning workouts. What you've been looking for in terms of a challenging, fat burning workout with bite.

We run plenty of classes at convenient times and locations so check out the Bootcamp timetable and sign up for just $29 per week for unlimited classes.

Even when we have the best intentions before a work out, we can easily stray off target and not reach our full potential.

That's where Personal Training comes in.

With a personal trainer providing you with the guidance and support of a customised workout, you will be working to maximum capacity and gain faster results that are sustainable and safe.
