Safety Inspections - This update is all about improving the Inspection safety action to include the following:
• Sections have been added -- Inspections templates can now be broken up into sections for easier readability and management. If you're not yet ready to complete a specific section, we let you Skip the entire section.
• Hyperlinks - Templates can now have hyperlinks to OSHA regulations, standards, and other information
• Hazards no longer required every time you answer with X. Admins can now choose whether to require a hazard or any other follow up action.
• Add a comment or photo to any question for further documentation.

Hello Safies! Here's the latest and greatest:
- Added a 'Root Causes assessment' to all Hazards as an optional choice
- Updated the 'Root Cause' list to include more potential root causes for both Hazards and Incidents
- Separated the 'Description' field away from the 'Corrective Action' field (initially they were 1 field) to allow for more specific reporting
- Updated the 'Register Equipment' feature so you now have the choice of adding a new piece of Equipment OR doing an Equipment Inspections all from 1 screen
- Squashed a couple bugs that were causing issues with saving

This release is all about Incidents enhancements:
- We've added a 'Save as Draft' button so you can save and come back later to finish
- Adding a 'Contact number' is now optional when adding a 'New Person' to an Incident Report
- Incident Reports now show their reference ID for better tracking/management
- 'Near Misses' should no longer automatically get assigned a 'close' when they're created
- Added 'Potential Risk' to the 'Root Cause' section
- We've fixed a bug in which Incident Reports were not appearing on the Actions screen after a user tapped the 'Save for Later' button
