Lots of improvements to our tours system, including:
Fixed keyboard shortcuts re-enabling during tours
Fixed tour stop title not dismissing properly when description panel is opened
Added Auto-Advance option to tour stops with audio
Fixed a bug where tour description panel could be duplicated
Tour info panel should remain dismissed if the user dismissed it before inspection
Hid extra Tour button when user is not authenticated
Other fixes include:
Fixed bug where hover UI would remain on-screen after inspecting an object
Fixes for Welcome modal buttons
