SCOOT, driven by CDTA, provides an exciting, fully-electric mobility option that supports active lifestyles while also offering a fun and easy way to explore New York’’s Capital Region. You’ll have access to SCOOT vehicles in Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, and Troy. Scooters MUST be unlocked from one station and dropped off at another SCOOT station.
