About Service Engine
De “Service Engine” tool is de drijvende kracht achter het beheren en coördineren van al uw service- & onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen uw tuinbouwonderneming.

Om de bedrijfszekerheid te vergroten worden de eisen aan prestaties van medewerkers en systemen steeds hoger. Het is lastig om goed overzicht te houden van alle service & onderhoudswerkzaamheden die storingen, stilstand en productieverlies voorkomen. Zeker als u verantwoordelijk bent voor meerdere locaties. Ook stellen verzekeringen, wetgeving en externe partijen steeds meer eisen.
De “Service Engine” tool van Royal Brinkman biedt uitkomst, zorgeloos alle service en onderhoudswerkzaamheden beheren en coördineren, waar en wanneer u maar wilt.
Real-time takenmanager
De “Service Engine” tool functioneert als real-time takenmanager. De eigen taken en die van de afdeling zijn direct zichtbaar in een duidelijke takenlijst, waardoor er niets meer over het hoofd wordt gezien.
Inzicht
Door het opbouwen van een digitaal dossier van al uw service & onderhoudswerkzaamheden bij objecten is de “Service Engine” tool een bron van informatie. Hierdoor krijgt u meer inzicht in uw onderneming en is uw service logboek digitaal beschikbaar. U ziet eenvoudig welke taken er zijn uitgevoerd aan een object, welke er nog in de planning staan en welke keuringen aan een object zijn toegewezen.
Besparing
Medewerkers op de tuin worden direct aangestuurd en kunnen zelf melding maken van storingen. Via een slimme en natuurlijke flow komen alle taken altijd bij de juiste medewerker ‘op de tuin’ terecht. Is er een storing aan een van de machines op de tuin? De medewerker maakt eenvoudig een melding met de “Service Engine” tool. De melding komt automatisch binnen bij de manager van de afdeling en die wijst de melding weer toe aan een medewerker. Dit bespaart veel tijd en geld.
