The Service Pro App – by Ottevanger Services is a personal tool for operators or technical staff within the grain -and feed processing industry in order to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of the installations.
Through the app it is possible in just a few steps to order spare parts, place service request or trouble assistance. Pre-defined forms can be filled in quick and easy.
Visualize specific parts and requests by adding pictures and video’s to the forms. You will receive directly a confirmation of your request.
The app can be used with or without internet connection.
