Work Order Transfer of Lead Technician role:
- User can long press on any Work Order and invite another technician to take over the Lead Role
Work Order Set Priority:
- The Lead technician can long press on any Work Order and assign an associated priority to the work order
Time Sheets:
- User can now view all hours of all work orders by day and enter hours from a central screen that is not specific to a work order.
- Regular hours are color coded in green and overtime / double-time hours are color coded in red for ease of viewing.
Purchase Orders:
- User can generate Purchase Orders for a Work Order
Checklist enhancements:
- Added a Long Press gesture to Equipment based checklists for
displaying a contextual menu containing functions for "Swap Equipment",
"Add Equipment", "Add Item", "Remove Equipment". This will allow
the technician to manage individual equipment directly on the checklist
if needed, to improve workflow and speed of executing inspections.
- Add new equipment to work order and checklist.
- Remove existing equipment from checklist and work order.
- Swap equipment in/out directly on the checklist, permanently or temporarily
- Equipment listed on the checklist are split into numbered pages of 10
equipment each, for faster loading times.
- Navigate pages of equipment in the checklist by swiping up / down
to go forward / backward through the equipment list.
- Improved performance by the caching of local data.
