We're excited to announce our new automation tool, Agent, which is also featured within the latest version of Live. Agent automatically performs tasks for you in your ticketing account. As one of the outcomes of an Agent task, you can receive push notification updates in the Live app. You'll now see a tab for your Agent notifications in the app.
