This app allows to display telemetry data of Forza Horizon 4 by UDP communication with Xbox One.

When this app detects Forza Horizon 4 (Xbox One) on the same wireless LAN, it starts UDP communication and receives telemetry data from Forza Horizon 4.
Please enable UDP telemetry in Game Settings.
