Updated spam filtering follows these steps:
1. Check message contents against allowed words.
2. Check if Filter All Unknown setting is enabled.
3. Check message contents against SmartFilter machine learning model, if enabled.
4. Check message contents against filter words.
5. Check sender's number against filter numbers.
6. Check if sender's number is a short code, if enabled.
7. Check if messaeg contents include a link, if enabled.
