MySmartfit es la aplicación que te permitirá tener tu rutina de entrenamiento y realizar tus reservas de clases fácilmente. Descárgate la app y descubre cómo hacer de tu entrenamiento algo mas interactivo, entretenido y sobre todo obteniendo datos objetivos. Te permitirá ver videos de los ejercicios a realizar, cargas que utilizar y tiempos de descanso. A parte podrás conocer tus progresos gracias a la introducción de valores biométricos. Con la ayuda de nuestros profesionales tendrás la rutina adecuada para ti, pudiéndola incluso sincronizar con otras aplicaciones de actividades fisicas al aire libre, para que puedas conocer al 100% cuál es tu nivel y tus progresos.
Incluye un apartado de reserva de clases colectivas para elegir la actividad que más te guste de tu centro en un momento.
Tanmbién puedes introducir MOVEs manualmente a través de MySmartfit, o sincronizar con otras apps como Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and With-ings.
