After dieting for a while I was pretty confident in the number of calories in most things I was eating. I also was eating a lot of 100 calorie packs. Smiley Diet allows you to track foods like this in 1 tap.

A calendar allows you to see your progress over time, and a browser allows you to search for calories in the foods you eat using the most comprehensive database in existence, the internet.
