The SONIC Wacky App®, owned by SONIC Capital LLC, is committed to providing a safe, fun environment for kids and their families. The SONIC Wacky App® encourages families to enhance their SONIC experience through the app, but realizes that the opportunity for kids to use apps unsupervised is a potential reality. Parents and guardians of kids who visit the SONIC Wacky App® can be assured that any personal information provided to this site will be collected and maintained in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). However, personal information provided to a SONIC Wacky App® is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders.
