Après avoir enregistré vos coordonnées dans les paramètres de l'application, vous n'aurez plus qu'à utiliser les boutons pour:
- émettre une demande d'assistance via l'envoi d'un email;
- obtenir de l'assistance sur votre smartphone ou tablette via l'application Rescue Mobile* ®;
- donner au technicien distant, la possibilité de lui montrer ce que vous voulez, via la caméra intégrée dans votre smartphone ou votre mobile via Rescue Lens* ®;
* L'accès au support via ces applications sera initié par l'équipe technique de Green IT addict.
