As a Sound Weight & Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Sound Weight & Wellness provider. Communicate with Sound Weight & Wellness in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple Health Kit. Choose to share your steps, exercise minutes and other parameters directly with the Sound Weight & Wellness app.

The app is designed specifically for Sound Weight & Wellness patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Sound Weight & Wellness patient already in their care.
