∙ All users can create communication templates for Text and Email in the web app, and then quickly access and send those directly from the mobile app.

What’s New
For SPOTIO Pro users, sales teams can provision unique SPOTIO phone numbers for improved visibility and reports on calling/activities in the web app.
We’ve added a new Comms tab in the main lower nav.
Comms enables users to send and receive voice calls as well as text messages.
Users can add notes to a Lead while talking to the Lead.
Users can see Lead context (notes, history, scheduled appointments) for Leads making inbound calls.

UI Improvements
We labeled the icons in the main lower navigation to make it easier for users to work in the app.
We simplified and Calendar view and consolidated the essential Lead info onto one. screen with toggles for Today’s appointments, Overdue appointments and the Sales Reps calendar.
