SquatKing - Auto Detect Squats

Squat is King. I’ve been keeping track of all my workouts in my notebook for the longest time. It is inconvenient. Picking up your notebook, after each set and recording. Then going back to the squat rack. Repeat. Repeat again. Yes, I can do it. I’ve been doing it for years. Then it hit me. Why do it? We have one of the most sophisticated devices within the reach of our pocket at all times. Why tolerate this inconvenience? Why can’t my iPhone just do this task for me? Hence SquatKing.

This app records all the squats automatically for you. The motion detection does it for you automatically. You don’t have to go out of your way and try to write on your notebook every time you complete a set. It’s simple. The motion detection within this app does this very accuracy. Now you don’t have to ever have to use a notebook to keep track of your squats ever again.

Another issue I had with using notebooks is keeping track of volume. I’ve gotten use to just eyeballing it and recording the squats. Again, why do it? Hence SquatKing.
