Update for Apple Watch App. Interface slightly changed.

Please hold your finger on the device if you don't want the watch to go to sleep. The Play button now turns into a hold button where you can rest your finger while you do your exercises.

Change to sleep mode, returning from sleep mode would not instantly update the screen, you would have to wait for a step change (e.g. squeeze to relax). Now the interface updates upon return.
