What's new?
There was a minor update to the edit workout function and the ADHOC workout.
We also added achievements based on the total weight lifted during a single workout. More achievements to come!
In addition, back ground images will appear once you've surpassed specific lifetime weights lifted.

There is now a summary workout tab that allows you to view your progress during a workout and you can see how many exercises and sets you have remaining.
There is also a notification when your rest timer has expired; even when you're in another app.

Added buttons to increase or decrease the amounts of sets for an exercise while working out. Just tap the do more/do less buttons.
You can now add more exercises to a workout while doing a workout. The exercise is only added to your current session.
