New backup system. Restoring app data was previously a tedious process and even sometimes failed for some people. That's all in the past now. Restoring is super fast and shouldn't fail for anyone anymore. You'll need to back up your app data in the app settings right after installing this update. DON'T FORGET.
This version also fixes a few small bugs people found while using the new exercise configuration screens.

I've managed to tease apart the components of training stress to metabolic and mechanical stress, which together combine and contribute to hypertrophy. Check them out and look at the component most relevant to your goals.

Phases II, III, and IV have a few changes to make them more resilient to underestimating your RIR’s (a problem a few people encountered). You can start using the updated versions of these programs right away by going into the app settings and restoring individual versions from there. Don’t worry, your day/week counter won’t be affected and you’ll seamlessly transition into the updated versions.
