- Rather than relying on a tracking number, you can now add your own service request references for context – this makes it easier to recall what you’ve requested from us. We’ve also added location information to service requests, so you know which business premises any listed queries relate to.
- Under ‘Network performance’, assess how your service has been performing in the last hour, 24 hours, seven days or 30 days (60 and 90-day historical views are coming soon). Reviewing your network performance history helps you monitor your service utilisation and lets you keep an eye on any trends. You can also create your own location identifiers and, where needed, create the same reference for multiple sites at a time.
