Custom Program Design:
One of the most challenging elements of a rehabilitation or training program is having it fit into your life in a positive way so your priorities remain intact.  Our time- management tools and easy-to-use calendar allow users to set their own schedules first and have their Coach or Therapist place programming where it fits best.  Exercise details, effort recommendations and training protocols are customized to the user’s ability using our AI-driven variable data.

Enhanced Patient / Athlete Feedback:
In today’s wellness and rehabilitation markets, effective communication and ongoing support are paramount to the success of the user experience.  Our feedback portal gives users real-time access to their specialists along with notifications for unread messages and pending responses.  Coaches and Therapists can communicate with individuals, groups or their entire client base while athletes and patients can see an entire history of their communications.

Track Your Training Results:
Everest is integrated to Strava and captures all data delivered through wearable technology through that platform.  Manual data entry is available for the user that does not wear a device.  Bar graphs display training and rehabilitation results while comparisons between sessions to be completed and those that have been executed are visible in our EP Intensity and EP Performance metrics.  Users will always know whether they are keeping up or falling short of the desired outcomes.

Integrated Video & Digital Media:
Visual aid and demonstration are key elements for absorbing new skills and digesting new content.  Our set-design tools give Coaches and Therapists the ability to integrate videos into their protocols leaving the recipient with a multi-layer deliverable that can include exercises, drills, educational content and motivation.

Unified Calendar & Event Management:
Event and calendar use made easy!  Our Unified Upcoming Events technology syncs user calendars with Coach and Therapist views so all races, seminars, events and other custom gatherings can be tracked and updated without issue.  Users can add their own events and races, Coaches and Therapists can push their own ideas out for participation and both sides can see who’s participating in any event or session that has been issued.

Contact Record Management:
Effective record management has become increasingly difficult over the years and spreadsheet management is too time consuming to stay ahead of patient or athlete needs.  Our Contact Record Management system creates an account for each user which includes sections for note keeping, action items and designating live-vs-inactive participation.
