About The SUBWAY® Labor Scheduler

The SUBWAY® Labor Scheduler is a free online management tool for SUBWAY® employees which provides them with easy access to their weekly work schedule via their mobile devices.

SUBWAY® employees worldwide can use this tool to access their weekly work schedules, request time off, add shifts to the marketplace and update personal contact information though their mobile devices.

The app currently supports English, however, in the near future it will be localized in 8 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Chinese, Korean, and Turkish).

Features:
- Employees will be able to edit their personal profiles
- Employees will be able to see who is currently working in store
- Receive push notifications for shift approvals and messages
- Add shifts to marketplace and request time off
- Manager approved shift swaps
- Employees will be able to see their weekly work schedules
- Automatic updates of their schedules
- Receive manager messages
- Employees can view and submit alterations to their availability, subject to manager approval

The new features will initially be limited to stores participating in the pilot, and will be rolled out to all users soon.
- Managers now have the ability to add, edit and delete shifts in the store schedule.
- The store schedule now shows scheduled breaks.
- Managers can now see how many hours each Employee has worked at each store during a week and compare with the scheduled hours.
- Employees can now see how many hours they have worked at each store during a week.
- Employees can now see all market place shifts, even if they clash with an existing shift. However, clashing shifts cannot be requested.

- You are now able to synchronise events and shifts in “My Schedule” with your device’s native calendar. Find this option in the new "Preferences" section.
- The Store Selector will now default to your primary store, showing you the most relevant things for you.
- Your "Primary" store is indicated throughout the Application to help you quickly identify anything concerning your main place of work.
- You can add supporting information to your time off requests, let your manager know exactly why you want time off.
- If your manager has added any notes to the schedule, you can now view these within "My Schedule".
- The new "Preferences" section contains several options for you to configure, including Calendar Synchronization and whether to show time in 12 or 24 hour format.
