Regardsless of how your audience has purchased your tickets and goods - using their smartphone, tablet, PC or purchasing at your box office - it has never been easier handling entry or dispensing of your goods. The TicketCo event organiser app gives both you and your audience flexibility when it comes to how one gets their purchases validated:

QR code:
Tickets and goods purchased via TicketCo all include a unique QR code. They can be easily scanned using our free organiser app.

Name:
All advance sales made via TicketCo are linked to a name. The ticket buyer can thereby be admitted to the event in question by stating the name that the ticket is registered to. If someone has left their ticket at home, they can therefore be allowed in all the same.

Reference number:
All tickets and goods purchased via TicketCo have a unique five-digit reference number, which can be used for verification. If someone does not have a smart phone or is unable to print their ticket, they can state their reference number at the entrance.

In addition to the validation and sales features, you also get sales and usage reports in real time.

We continue to improve TicketCo and that includes new features in our app:
-We have introduced gift cards in TicketCo. In the app you can sell gift cards but also redeem gift cards.
-We have introduced season passes in TicketCo. You can sell season passes and also check them in through our app.

Other improvements:
-We have done under the hood changes that improves the view of the app. The app now looks amazing on 4.7 inch screen (iPhone 6,6s,7) and 5.5 inch screen (iPhone 6+,6s+,7+)
-Fighting bugs is a life mission and for this release we have killed more of them.

We have made performance improvements and removed some minor bugs in this release.

In addition we got some new features in this release:

**Group listing of tickets**
-If you use the grouping feature for your ticket sales these groups will now display in the app in addition to be displayed online.

**Mixed settlements is available in the app**
-Some your customers will probably want to pay with a combination of cash and credit card. You can now enable/disable access to mixed settlements in the app. Enabling this will allow customers to pay with a mix of settlements.

**Localized ticket distribution**
-Based on the language setting in your iOS device, tickets will now distributed with a localization that is based on your iOS device language setting.

**Language support in the app**
-The app can now be used with Norwegian, English and German locale.

The version 3.1.3 update from TicketCo contains multiple improvements.

In addition to eliminating pesky bugs and making the app more stable we have the following improvements:

**Big events? We got you covered**
The main improvements is related to to big events. The app is now scaled and tested for events with 60 000 tickets with batch synchronising to our cloud service.

If you have over 10 000 tickets for your event please avoid using older versions of iOS devices. For more information contact support@ticketco.no

**Changes visible for all event organisers**
-In the "historic tickets" section you can now see the email address or phone number for the ticket you distributed to a ticket buyer 
-Added "Erase local database" and "Erase and synchronize database" buttons in the "settings" screen of the app. The app will synchronise automatically but you can force changes if necessary.
-Use the "?" button to get in touch with us. We will respond quickly to help you.

As a continous improvement of the app we have made several improvements and gotten rid of some pesky bugs.

We strongly encourage all our customers to always update to the latest app version.

-You will be asked to update the ticket database when you start the app
-In the "settings" section you can now click on iZettle and log in.
-You can now contact us from the "?" icon in the app dashboard. We promise to respond quickly :)
-User email address is shown in the app dashboard

This version contains several bug fixes. We strongly recommend you to update the app for greater stability.

If you use iZettle in our app it is very important that you update to this new version. We have experienced some organisers having problems with iZettle usage in the app. This version contain improvements that should prevent these problems occurring in the app.

Sales in older app versions will not work anymore.

***Do you sell numbered tickets (seats) for your events?***

We got you covered! You can now sell numbered tickets with the app. Either by quick sales with automatic selection of tickets, or by manual selection of tickets. We have combined speed with flexibility when it comes to selling numbered tickets.

***Sell tickets for all organizers in a Ticket Society?***

If you are a TicketSociety member we allow member organizers to sell tickets for each other.

***Settings section in the app***

We created this section to give you some options when it comes to use of features in the app:
-you can log into iZettle from this section
-you can enable and disable sales of tickets for all Ticket Society members (cross selling of tickets)

You will also get access to a useful log file in this section. This log file will be helpful for troubleshooting issues (if you get any). Also the log file can be sent to our support centre for further analysis if needed.

***Usage statistics***
-We have included New Relic Mobile and AppSee SDK´s into the app so our mobile developers can be on top of potential bug issues and problems that can occur with the app. This will help us a lot improving future app versions.
