The Timegate Employee app removes the need to use a site telephone to record attendance, by allowing you to book on and off your shift, make health and safety check calls, raise incidents and complete forms and tours using the app.

The app allows seamless access to the employee portal to allow you to book holidays, view your schedule, make requests, view company announcements and much more!

Install Guide:

1. Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update.
2. Install or Reinstall Timegate Employee App from store.
3. Once installed, ensure the Timegate Employee app is allowed to access your devices location services.
4. Enter your Client code and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team.

NB. Your employer may not make all features available as this is subject to the security policies of your employer.

-More button in navigation menu (three dots) will no longer invisible in home page
-After the user book off in Employee App, the button will be switch to book-on
-Users can now upload 8 photos instead of 5 photos at once in incident page.
-After uploaded all the photos in incidents, users will also no longer be blocked from uploading more photos.

New:
Random Auditing - Tours can be configured to 'randomise' tour locations in Timegate, when enabled the Tour's site locations displayed in the app will be randomised at the point in time when Tour is first started.

PayLevel Filtering - If a Tour or Incident types has a pay levels set on the server, then the app will display these services types if the employees play level matches.

Bug fixes:
-Fixed rare scenario, navigating to form question page will no longer show a blank page.

-On completing a tour and selecting a list a tour failure reason, the failure reason scroll list will no longer automatically close without tapping OK button in the scroll navigation menu.

-A resumed book-on will no longer reset a list of call types if the same duty was previously cached within the app, so the cached call time do not get remove.

-Devices with dark theme turned on, the user will no longer find it difficulty to see the text in the drop down menu.

-On smaller screen devices the user will now be able to scroll down the home page to tap the log out button.

Bug fixes:
-Duty Call Page: Performing the last check call, will now disable the check call button. Page will correctly display the next check call notification at the correct duration.
Calls via NFC scanning in multi-user mode no longer perform a secondary, duplicate scan.
-Service: Fixed data sync failure when submitting an incident form on a incident. Fixed Service button sporadically not displaying after first time sync.
Minor UI updates: Briefing and Tour list pages, content now expands all the way down to the bottom of the page.
-Incident Status is not shown in incident report page after creating an incident.
