ScanToSketch, our state-of-the-art sketching feature is now available! Scan all the corners of a property and get an instant footprint sketch. -A new Structures View has replaced the Rooms View. You can add structures, areas, or rooms from the top dropdown menu in the Structures View.
-In the Sketcher, you can add labels and collect data for rooms that are not contained within a closed sketched area.
-Add additional structures like a tool shed or guest house from the Structures view or within the sketch after drawing a new area.
-Structures outside the main dwelling will be marked as a non-living area for compatibility with TOTAL Sketch on the desktop.

This release supports Property Data Collection for the Fannie Mae Value Verify program and introduces Structures for all TOTAL for Mobile forms.
A new Structures View has replaced the Rooms View. In the dropdown at the top of the Structures View, you now can add structures, areas, or rooms and view them in a hierarchy.
Additional structures added to a property such as tool sheds and guest houses can be added either in the Structures view or from within the sketch after drawing a new area.
Structures other than the main dwelling will be defaulted to a non-living area for compatibility with TOTAL Sketch on the desktop.
