Personal Trainers are great but they can be time consuming and expensive. Therefore, through this app, I hope to provide you with all of the proper exercises, the motivation to keep you going on rough days, and some interesting little facts that you might get from a live personal trainer. All you have to do is take me with you to the gym!

With close to 10 years of personal experience in the gym and over 3 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, I have put all the information that I find necessary to achieving your fitness goals into this app. As a quick disclosure, I do not claim that everything you will read is 100% scientifically correct or accurate. I am rather just stating what I have found to be effective through my own knowledge and experience and the success of my clients.
