Track Heart

Track Heart is a fantastic app for iPhone, by with you can calculate and track your Heart Rate, so it's easy to know your heart rate, just take your phone and via camera calculate it.

Also, the app tells you how many steps you do per day. this for motivating you to move and understand how to change your heart rate in comparison to the movement.

Plus the application allows the creation of multiple profiles, so all your family can easily track their heart rate.

With the free version you can calculate 3 heartbeats per day, to calculate how many you want and read all heartbeats saved in health app, I encourage you to upgrade to the pro version via in-app​ purchase

The app allows you to see all data via a calendar and charts, for a better understanding and reading, in addition, ​you can export this data in PDF format.

Track Heart uses HealthKit, it connects with Health app to sync all heart rate data, and to read steps data. (heart rate: write and read, steps: read)

In the Application, you have the possibility of keep track the highest pulses and the total steps per day.

This is for encourage you to do 10.000 steps per day and to keep under control your heart rate.
