Remote pay orders are always shared with customers regardless of whether the customer has opted in to receive marketing emails from the retailer.
If customers didn’t receive a remote pay order via email or have trouble finding it, store associates can re-send an existing remote pay order to a customer when the associated order is in a Pending Payment state.
By default, remote pay order links shared with customers are valid for 48 hours. Retailers can work with Tulip to configure this expiry window.
Remote pay order links are no longer active once a customer has completed their payment.
When a Remote Pay order link expires, or a customer's payment is declined, the associated order status changes to Cancelled in the Assisted Selling App.
