がちんこサッカーの正常進化版で、より多くのチーム(隠し含む)が登場します。

オリジナルよりのパワーアップポイントは以下になります。

・コーナーキックやスローインなど、前作になかった多くの基本プレーが追加されています。
・イエローカードによる累積退場、レッドカードによる一発退場など、選手が欠ける要素が追加されています。スタメンで意図的な欠場も可能で、少人数で戦うことも可能に！
・ルーズボール状態の追加、ヘディングの追加、クリアキックなどにより、よりサッカーらしくなりました。
・シュート画面においても、従来よりより多くのシュートが打て、かつ相手もより多彩で強烈なシュートを打ってきます！
・特定の相手まではコールド勝ちが存在しますが、一度コールド勝ちした相手は飛ばすことが可能になりました。
・かつ強い相手にはコールド勝ちが存在しないので、スコアの競い甲斐がアップしました！
・その他いろいろ。
