“中国法官培训网”是我国四级法院共建共享的全国法院干警在线教育培训与学习研究专门网站。该网站实行法院内网与互联网双网运行，其中法院内网与法院人事信息管理系统即时联通，基本实现网络培训、地面培训与法院干警教育培训档案一体化管理。“中国法官培训网”设置法官教育培训大数据统计与分析平台，实现全国各级法院教育培训数据实时统计、自动分析；设置“审判文献”专库，将全国法院司法文献分类数据化，供全国法院干警研究使用；设置“蒙汉、藏汉、维汉双语培训”单元，进一步扩大双语法官培训受益范围；开通法律共同体、社会读者上网通道，实现司法教育培训信息共享；设置英、法、俄、西班牙语的培训网“双译界面”，宣传中国法治文化与法院建设成果；与境外主要国家、国际机构、地区的司法机构或法官培训网站联网，并将境外网站的主要内容翻译为中文，以便我国法官共享借鉴国际社会司法资源。
