About 四次元雨雲レーダー

地図上に雨雲の状態を表示するアプリです。
現在の雨雲状態だけでなく、120分前から60分後までを任意に表示できます。
雨雲の動きは自動アニメーションも可能で、インターバルも調整できます。
また地図の中心地点の60分前（実測値）から60分後（予測値）の降水強度を表示することができます。
利用者が地図上に現在地の天候状況を報告できるので、ユーザーの協力でより正確な天候状況の把握が可能になります。
※降水強度は、気象レーダーで観測された降水の強さを時間雨量（mm/h）に換算した値で、実際の雨量とは異なります。
