视频会议系统的核心是视频会议云服务平台，参会者或各会场通过互联网或专网连接到平台。移动办公人员可通过4G或wifi网络接入。
参会终端可选择PC或智能移动终端。接入方式可采用有线、4G、WIFI等形式。大型的会场可通过高性能PC接入，并将PC连接至功放和投影仪，将其他会场画面展现在大屏幕上，实现会议功能。
视频会议系统支持多种终端接入包括PC、安卓系统手机和平板电脑、iPhone、 iPad等终端参加会议。
视频会议客户端具有音视频互动交流，文档演示，电子白板，文本聊天等功能；下图为通过人员列表查看视频；手机端具有发言和摄像头开关，显示当前网络状态和切换摄像头开关等功能；能够同其他平台进行实时的音视频通话和互动功能；
