策略三国志2是壹款單機三國誌遊戲，模擬三國亂世，帶領自己的勢力統壹天下。

每個人對三國遊戲都有不同的理解，我就特別喜歡壹點點統壹天下的歷程，為了每次錄用到名將而興奮，為了利用計策消耗敵軍部隊而高興。所以我希望這款遊戲能夠讓玩家有這種感覺。

這個遊戲自動保存，沒有載入存檔的選擇。這樣的目的就是增加遊戲的難度，玩家的每個決定壹旦做出就無法修改，當玩家選擇弱小的勢力進行遊戲時，壹定要註意每壹個命令的下達。

收錄了三國時期所有的官職和爵位，700名武將，並且支持隨機武將錄用。
